第1条（適用）
本規約は、M-DEEP株式会社（以下「当社」）が提供するPII Firewall（以下「本サービス」）の利用に関する条件を定めるものです。ユーザーの皆様には、本規約に同意いただいた上で本サービスをご利用いただきます。
第2条（利用登録）
登録希望者が当社の定める方法によって利用登録を申請し、当社がこれを承認することによって、利用登録が完了するものとします。当社は、利用登録の申請者に以下の事由があると判断した場合、利用登録の申請を承認しないことがあります。
- 虚偽の事項を届け出た場合
- 本規約に違反したことがある者からの申請である場合
- その他、当社が利用登録を相当でないと判断した場合
第3条（料金・支払い）
本サービスの有料プランの料金は、当社が別途定める料金表に従います。ユーザーは利用料金を当社が指定する方法により支払うものとします。支払いはStripeを通じて処理されます。
第4条（禁止事項）
ユーザーは、本サービスの利用にあたり、以下の行為をしてはなりません。
- 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
- 犯罪行為に関連する行為
- 当社のサーバーまたはネットワークの機能を破壊・妨害する行為
- 本サービスの運営を妨害するおそれのある行為
- 他のユーザーに関する個人情報等を収集または蓄積する行為
- 不正アクセスをし、またはこれを試みる行為
- 本サービスを逆コンパイル・リバースエンジニアリングする行為
- その他、当社が不適切と判断する行為
第5条（本サービスの停止等）
当社は、以下のいずれかの事由があると判断した場合、ユーザーへの事前通知なく本サービスの全部または一部の提供を停止または中断することができます。
- 本サービスにかかるシステムの保守点検または更新を行う場合
- 地震、落雷、火災、停電または天災などの不可抗力により、本サービスの提供が困難となった場合
- その他、当社が本サービスの提供が困難と判断した場合
第6条（免責事項・損害賠償の制限）
当社は、本サービスの提供にあたり、以下のとおり責任を制限します。
- 間接損害の免責：当社は、本サービスの利用または利用不能に起因するデータの滅失・毀損、逸失利益、機会損失、業務の中断その他の間接損害・特別損害・派生的損害については、たとえ当社がかかる損害の可能性を事前に告知されていた場合であっても、責任を負いません。
- 損害賠償の上限：当社がユーザーに対して損害賠償責任を負う場合であっても、その賠償額の上限は、損害発生の原因となった事由が生じた月にユーザーが当社に支払済みの利用料金（月額）を上限とします。
- 現状有姿の提供：本サービスは現状有姿で提供され、特定目的への適合性・正確性・完全性・継続性について明示または黙示を問わず保証しません。
- 第三者との紛争：当社は、本サービスに関してユーザーと第三者との間で生じた取引・連絡または紛争等について責任を負いません。
ただし、当社の故意または重大な過失によってユーザーに損害を与えた場合は、上記の制限は適用されません。また、消費者契約法その他の強行法規により上記の制限が無効とされる場合は、当該法規に従います。
第7条（サービス内容の変更等）
当社は、ユーザーへの事前通知をもって、本サービスの内容を変更しまたは本サービスの提供を中止することができるものとします。サービス廃止の場合は、廃止日の30日前までにユーザーへ通知します。
第8条（利用規約の変更）
当社は必要と判断した場合には、ユーザーに通知することなくいつでも本規約を変更することができるものとします。変更後の利用規約は、本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じるものとします。
第9条（準拠法・裁判管轄）
本規約の解釈にあたっては、日本法を準拠法とします。本サービスに関して紛争が生じた場合には、横浜地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PII Firewall ("the Service") provided by M-DEEP Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must register an account with accurate information. We may reject registrations at our discretion, including cases of false information or prior violations of these terms.
3. Fees and Payment
Paid plans are charged according to our pricing schedule. Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis.
4. Prohibited Activities
- Violating applicable laws or regulations
- Interfering with or disrupting our servers or networks
- Attempting unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Reverse engineering or decompiling the Service
- Any activity we deem inappropriate or harmful
5. Service Availability
We may suspend or discontinue the Service without prior notice for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, power outages).
6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
- Exclusion of indirect damages: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Liability cap: Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the calendar month in which the cause of action arose (i.e., one month's subscription fee).
- "As is" provision: The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted availability.
- Third-party disputes: We are not liable for any disputes between users or between users and third parties arising from use of the Service.
The foregoing limitations do not apply to damages caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence, or to the extent prohibited by applicable mandatory law (including Japan's Consumer Contract Act).
7. Changes to Service
We may modify or discontinue the Service with 30 days' prior notice to users in the case of discontinuation. We are not liable for damages caused by such modifications or discontinuation, subject to the liability limits in Section 6.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the Yokohama District Court as the court of first instance.
